If you're a dog parent like us, you probably want to bring your fur babies everywhere. Luckily, Nashville is a very dog friendly city with lots of places to bring your pup. A lot of people are so surprised to see dog water bowls out and pups out and about- but for us that's the norm and we love it- I mean who doesn't love getting to pet cute dogs everywhere they go?
Here are our favorite dog friendly places to stay, restaurants, and experiences in Nashville from locals with dogs.
Nashville Dog Friendly Experiences
Photowalk the Dog
This is one of the only dog friendly tours in Nashville- and it's designed for you and your pup! On this walking tour and photoshoot with Photowalk Nashville, you'll take off on a doggie photoshoot adventure stopping at fun dog friendly murals and spots in the Gulch. They'll guide you (and the pup!) into fun poses and take your photos to post and share. Your pup will love adventuring around the city, smelling all the amazing smells like biscuits and hot chicken! This is a great way for you to see the city with your dog while also getting photos together. It's a true win-win!

12 South is a very dog friendly neighborhood in Nashville. Many stores put out water bowls and have dog accessories, like Draper James. You'll see lots of pups having a stroll here and most stores are happy to invite in your pup.
Play in the Gulch
The Gulch has a free dog park if they need to run out some energy before a big day out. Located across from the W hotel, this dog park also has cute photo spots to take pictures with your pup, which is an added bonus!

Germantown- A german style beer hall right next to the Sounds Stadium with picnic tables and a great beer and food selection.
Streetcar Taps and Garden
